bhAi is a project created by the parent company Dgtel Classroom. For all legal purposes, the name 'Dgtel Classroom' shall be used.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

The platform operates on a credit system. 1 Credit is notionally equivalent to 1 Indian Rupee for the purpose of adding or withdrawing funds, but credits themselves hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the platform.

• Bonus Credits: These are non-withdrawable and used first for in-app transactions.
• Real Credits: These are earned by Nodes or added by users and are withdrawable, subject to platform fees and minimum withdrawal amounts.
• Locked Credits: Credits are temporarily locked when a user escalates a time-bound query.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes submitting unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content, infringing on intellectual property rights, or disrupting the service for other users.

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information provided by the AI or Nodes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
